If we already have the features generate Maven plugin, the descriptor
generation is almost basic. The idea is to give more visibility (maybe using a
response file/CLI as JSON) to generate more advanced pattern or better leverage
the user code.
I'm thinking about some annotations on {{package-info.java}} describing the
features needed.
