Currently ALL commands of a bundle are registered at once. That means if one of
multiple commands has its references not fullfilled, no command will be
available.
I think it would be better if those commands which have fullfilled dependencies
get registered. If this causes heavy work "elsewhere" - there could be some
delay / cooldown, but once a certain timeout is reached, everything which is
there should get registered...
