The 1.9.0 source download link is:
http://www.apache.org/closer.cgi?filename=kudu/1.9.0/apache-kudu-1.9.0.tar.gz
However, this takes one to the top-level Apache directory of the mirror, not
the specific directory or file. The user then has to navigate down two
directory levels.
The following URL seems to work:
http://www.apache.org/closer.cgi?path=kudu/1.9.0/apache-kudu-1.9.0.tar.gz
