Summary: Update building from source documentation

The building from source documentation doesn't work for all supported OS
versions. Based on the learnings found when developing the docker build support
we should update the docs.
We could either point the user to the [bootstrap
script|https://github.com/apache/kudu/blob/master/docker/bootstrap-dev-env.sh]
itself, or use it to update the docs manually.
