Impala has been experimenting with building with GCC 15. Since our toolchain
includes Kudu, we have been looking at build Kudu with GCC 15. This only
requires a few minor patches to some thirdparty components. The most common
change is to patch some components to add a "#include <cstdint>" as GCC has
stopped including that in some files.
