Bitshuffle that the current Kudu uses has the unnecessary dependency of lz4
included. My recent pr
(https://github.com/kiyo-masui/bitshuffle/commit/55f9b4caec73fa21d13947cacea1295926781440)
resolved this issue, so it'd be better to upgrade the version of bitshuffle so
as to make executable binary smaller.
