KYLIN-4813 Fix several bugs for executor-side log collection
- add --files to upload user-defined log4j properties
- fix ClassName error
- fix executor.extraJavaOptions be overwrote in Driver side
- fix security issue (HTTP response splitting)
- code style etc.
