Jan Høydahl commented on SOLR-13977: ------------------------------------ The problem is that {{bin/solr.cmd}} needs to be in CRLF line ending format, but in 8.3.0 commit of SOLR-13682 converted the file to LF format. [~noble.paul] can you convert it back to CRLF and schedule for 8.3.1?
