### Description In `NumericDocValues`, GCD encoding stores`(v - min) / gcd` as an unsigned long, and`min` may be`Long.MIN_VALUE`. When querying the range`[-1, 1]` ,`saturatingShiftLower` and`saturatingShiftUpper` compute`v - delta` .
