It's continuation of Query DSL improvements SOLR-14419, SOLR-9510.
Let {{\{!bool .. }...}} repeat {{\{!filters ..}..}} trick resolve parameter
refs to many values. Now if there are many params under the same name it picks
the first one that awkward.
