This is the last bit of code to bring over and I'd like some opinions:
[~mdrob] [~anshum1] There are some changes to XmlOffsetCorrector, but I see
that there were some problems recently (Mike reverted and Anshum is looking).
Should I skip any changes here?
[~dweiss] Mark completely removed TestVirtualMethod, WDYT? It was put in in for
a reason, if it's obsolete I can take it out.
