I'd propose we reduce the visibility to {{pkg-private}} and do a little
cleanup. This is essentially indicating that {{IntTaxonomyFacets}} is an
internal implementation detail of taxonomy faceting (shared common logic) as
opposed to an intentional extension point for users.
