I'm removing a few minutes every iteration I run the tests. I just truly think this is a systemic problem, where the priority should be on keeping CI running smoothly and the onus instead pushed to fixing slow tests if they want to not sit in `@Nightly` or `@Monster` test groups but run on every PR?
