Resolves #16692 ### Description Follow-up to #16030: fixes test flakiness in `TestLucene104ScalarQuantizedVectorsFormat` by ensuring single-segment guarantees across data-blind test cases. Under randomized test runs (e.g., seed `D9588E29B239F98E`), `IndexWriter` could flush multiple segments due to auto-flush triggers, causing `getOnlyLeafReader` to throw an `IllegalArgumentException`. ### Changes * Added `w.forceMerge(1)` in `testDataBlindNoRawFloatVectors`. * Set `DISABLE_AUTO_FLUSH` and `maxBufferedDocs` in `testDataBlindWithFloatsKeepsRawFloatVectors` and `testDataBlindWithFloatsKeepsRawFloat16Vectors` to maintain single-segment invariants under `NoMergePolicy`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
