@mccullocht Caught few edge cases where randomized RAM flushes and `MockRandomMergePolicy` which trigger fails in `TestLucene104ScalarQuantizedVectorsFormat` for certain random seeds (e.g. D9588E29B239F98E, ACA59AF04AC0B9BF, 29219F4CDF5F2122).
