I just tested this scenario and it seems to be fixed
```
import org.apache.lucene.queryparser.classic.*;
import org.apache.lucene.analysis.standard.StandardAnalyzer;
MultiFieldQueryParser mp = new MultiFieldQueryParser(new String[]{"title",
"content"}, new StandardAnalyzer(), Map.of("title", 2.0f, "content",
0.5f));
System.out.println(mp.parse("\"cat dog\"~10"));
```
- With lucene 8.11.3 → `(title:"cat dog")^2.0 (content:"cat dog")^0.5`
- With lucene 10.5.1 → `(title:"cat dog"~10)^2.0 (content:"cat dog"~10)^0.5`
