I agree it shouldn't matter. In any case, I am using OS X as well so that is
not the source of difference in outputs. Let's try this:
- Remove the madlib specific lines (pgxn) from the dockerfile
- Get psql up and running on the docker
- Connect to the system and try to use the pgxn commands manually
