I've tried both `CREATE EXTENSION plpythonu;` and `CREATE LANGUAGE plpythonu;`.
The second one just tells me `org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR:
language "plpythonu" already exists` as expected.
`CREATE EXTENSION madlib;` shows the exact same error reported in the JIRA
description: "aggregate cannot accept shell type public.svec"
