Hm...may be we have a misunderstanding...
If i do an announcement mail (after the VOTE has successfully finished) for a
plugin lets say: maven-compiler-plugin the appropriate site is active and
online like this:
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-compiler-plugin/ which contains the
appropriate download link to the mirror system...
So the question is: should the announcement mail contain a link to this:
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-compiler-plugin/download.cgi
or do we need to do something different?
