While we all already on this before how do you plan to make that attribute
visible to the user configuration?
For your usecase, you could of course checkout a tag, change skin locally and
publish again. If change information this should happen on trunk/master only.
Am I mistaken? I understand your reskin usecase but that seems to be just
cosmetics.
