Just like the siteskinner it can be executed from trunk, but the details go too
far for this issue. In fact, after the reskin we discovered several other
tricks we could do with the reskin-goal besides reskinning. Instead I'd prefer
a {{site:update}} which can do all these things. Let's make a separate issue
for it.
