Its about how mature we should think users are. Anyhow,
[r1749089|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=1749089&view=rev] contains a check
for those removed parameters and will throw an IllegalArgumentException. By
using the plugin configuration they won't appear on the goal-page.
