Doxia Site Renderer uses [Velocity Tools
2.0|http://velocity.apache.org/tools/2.0/] which uses Struts: ok, Doxia
Sitetools Site Renderer is the right location if we want to change something
What issue do you have with Struts? what would upgrading to Struts 2 improve?
Sidenote: Velocity Tools 3.0 seems out, that perhaps changes everything...
