If I understand right here you would to instantiate a new
ReleaseDescriptorBuilder with the sum of active profiles something like:
```
Properties props = new Properties();
props.put("exec.activateProfiles", profiles);
ReleaseUtil.copyPropertiesToReleaseDescriptor(props , releaseDescriptor)
```
