[~ryanstjames], 2nd part of the feedback loop is that [~rfscholte] and the
Maven Twitter admins need to schedule the push of the cards for 2021, once a
month, but they are having issues b/c twitter is asking them for a credit card.
In MicroProfile, MPwe have never used or been required to add a credit card to
schedule tweets for the year. Can you share *how* via this ticket as well?

For MP, we use Twitter deck to welcome Contributors to the handle. We don't
share the passwords for INFRA reasons. What is Maven using to provide access to
its handle contributors?
