One check remains, thay yes, may be killed off actually.
Can we then delete the AbstractMavenPluginDescriptorDependenciesValidator
and MavenArtifactsMavenPluginDescriptorDependenciesValidator classes which are
new ?
This would remove all usage of `PluginDescriptor#getDependencies()` from
maven (apart from the `clone` and UTs).
