Based on #482 by @slawekjaranowski, I finished the work he started.
Needed to create in my fork and therefore a separate PR, because I can't
push to his original branch.
What I've done (some of the non added plugins were already removed by
@slawekjaranowski and I only double-checked them, because I was wondering if he
just missed them by accident).
* Styling changed to `<Style>` syntax (`skinparameters` is deprecated, but
`<Style>` not fully supported either)
* PUML-Diagrams of "Sources" page renamed with prefix
* URL added for **all** repositories
* Plugins
* `docck` plugin not added (repository is archived)
* `ant` plugin not added (repository is archived)
* `patch` plugin not added (repository is archived)
* `repository` plugin not added (repository is archived)
* Shared
* `downloader` not added (repository is archived)
* `osgi` not added (repository is archived)
* `repository-builder` not added (repository is archived)
* `runtime` not added (repository is archived)
* Plexus
* `Componentns` prepared, but not added to visual (repository is archived)
