`MatchHighlightMode.HTML` fragments wrap matched terms in `<B>`, but `CleaningEncoder` copied the surrounding text unchanged, so a name or description containing `<`, `>` or `&` produced broken HTML. The encoder now HTML-escapes the text with Lucene's `SimpleHTMLEncoder` before removing line breaks. Callers that escaped the fragments themselves will now see them escaped twice and should stop doing so; this needs a line in the release notes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
