Resolve multi-release module descriptors in reactor output directories before Maven assembles the module path. When a reactor dependency exposes `module-info.class` only under `META-INF/versions/<n>/`, select the highest descriptor version compatible with the current compilation release. This lets downstream modular projects compile against multi-release reactor dependencies before they have been packaged as JARs.
