   mvnd 2.x needs Java 17 for the daemon, but `native/` still ships
`mvndnative` for four 32-bit targets where Java 17 is scarce or absent. I
propose dropping them on master only, in one PR labelled `removed`.

   | Target | Java 17+ builds (October 2026) | OS status |
   |---|---|---|
   | Windows x86 | Temurin 17 and Zulu 17 only; no 21 or 25 from any vendor |
Windows 11 has no 32-bit edition; Windows 10 consumer extended security updates
end 2026-10-13 |
   | Linux x86 | Liberica 17 and 21, Zulu 17; no 25 | |
   | Linux arm, `-mfloat-abi=softfp` (armel) | none found | |
   | FreeBSD x86 | ports for 17 and 21; `java/openjdk25` does not list i386 |
FreeBSD 15 dropped i386 |

   The change removes these targets on master:

   - `Windows/x86/mvndnative.dll`, `Linux/x86/libmvndnative.so`,
`Linux/arm/libmvndnative.so` and `FreeBSD/x86/libmvndnative.so`;
   - their `native-all` entries and target blocks in `native/Makefile`;
   - their entries in `known_targets` and their blocks in
`native/Makefile.common`.

   It keeps these targets:

   - Linux armv6 and armv7 (hard-float): Raspberry Pi OS ships OpenJDK 17 for
ARMv6, and Liberica ships 17, 21 and 25 for 32-bit ARM.
   - Linux ppc64le and FreeBSD x86_64: Java 17, 21 and 25 exist for both.
   - All four targets on `mvnd-1.x`, which targets Java 8; Temurin, Zulu and
Liberica all ship Java 8 for 32-bit Windows and Linux x86.

   32-bit macOS was dropped in #1820 (master) and #1821 (1.x). #1822 documents
the platform table in the README.
