Part of #1759. ITs run with `invoker.parallelThreads=0.75C`, and forked builds get `-XX:TieredStopAtLevel=1 -XX:+UseSerialGC` through `JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS`. The 22 ITs that delete fixtures from, or assert on, the shared `target/local-repo` run serially in a second execution, `integration-test-shared-repo`, with its own reports directory so each `invoker:verify` checks its own results. In parallel, `get-artifact-no-transitive` fails when another `get-*` IT downloads `get-artifact-transitive` while it asserts that artifact is absent. Parallel ITs still share the local repository for the artifacts they resolve through the mock repository manager; Resolver writes each file to a temporary name and moves it into place, and three local runs showed no failures. Verified: `mvn -P run-its verify -DskipTests` on macOS (8 cores, JDK 17) → 114 ITs pass in 93 to 108 s over three runs, against 208 s serial on master. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
