I can't reproduce this on 3.11.0 or 3.12.0-SNAPSHOT: in a reactor of a parent and two modules where `b` depends on `a`, `mvn clean deploy -DaltDeploymentRepository=… dependency:copy-dependencies -Dmdep.useRepositoryLayout=true -Dmdep.addParentPoms=true` succeeds and copies the timestamped SNAPSHOTs and the parent POM.
