@gnodet about `mvn.cmd`: I cannot run it on Windows, so instead of adding batch code I cannot test, I pushed an integration test (`MavenITgh13413QuotedValuesInMavenArgsTest`) that runs the real launcher with `MAVEN_ARGS="-Dprop.spaced=a value with spaces" -Dprop.plain=plain` and checks that Maven gets the value as one argument. It runs on the Windows jobs of the CI, so it tells us whether `mvn.cmd` has the problem. If it fails there, I will move the splitting to `JvmConfigParser`, as you suggested, so that both launchers share it; if it passes, `mvn.cmd` needs no change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
