slachiewicz opened a new issue, #13743:
URL: https://github.com/apache/maven/issues/13743
The `ciManagement` element in the POMs of the Maven repositories still names
the Jenkins jobs on ci-maven.apache.org. The builds that gate pull requests run
on GitHub Actions through the shared workflows, and the Jenkins job URLs return
403 to anonymous visitors, so the generated site's "CI Management" page sends
readers to a page they cannot open.
Each repository's POM will point at its GitHub Actions page instead, in the
form commons-parent already uses:
```xml
<ciManagement>
<system>GitHub</system>
<url>https://github.com/apache/REPOSITORY/actions</url>
</ciManagement>
```
The `Jenkinsfile`s stay; only the POM metadata changes. maven-parent uses
`https://github.com/apache/${project.artifactId}/actions`, so that projects
that inherit the element without overriding it (such as maven-hocon-extension
and maven-xinclude-extension) get their own repository's page.
Not changed:
- maven-dist-tool, which has no GitHub Actions workflow;
- repositories without a `ciManagement` element or without a root POM.
apache/maven-common-artifact-filters#137 made the first change. The other
pull requests will be linked from here.
