#2231 makes `jcl-over-slf4j` an optional dependency of `maven-resolver-transport-apache`, which removes the path through `maven-core`. With transport-apache 2.0.25-SNAPSHOT from that PR managed into maven-reporting-impl, `mvn dependency:tree -Dincludes=org.slf4j:jcl-over-slf4j,commons-logging:commons-logging` shows only `commons-logging:1.2`, through doxia-site-renderer → velocity-tools-generic → commons-beanutils. The Maven distribution keeps `jcl-over-slf4j` in `lib/`: `apache-maven/pom.xml` declares it with runtime scope, and plugins don't get it through `maven-core`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
