So far all responses here in this comment thread and offline have been in favor
of JavaDoc style. Furthermore, I have heard no objections to JavaDoc style at
the Apache Mesos community sync-up on June 4. So, I suggest we call it and
JavaDoc it is. That's the style we are going forward with now.
