Mesos currently provides no way for operators to include their principal with
HTTP endpoint requests when HTTP authentication is disabled. To remedy this, we
should add optional {{principal}} fields to the relevant protobuf messages.
When HTTP authentication is enabled, we can allow the user to leave this field
empty and populate it with the principal from their HTTP Auth header.
