If a framework authenticates and then does not provide a {{principal}} in its
{{FrameworkInfo}}, we currently allow this and leave
{{FrameworkInfo.principal}} unset. Instead, we should populate
{{FrameworkInfo.principal}} for them automatically in that case to ensure that
the two principals are equal.
