What's the context for this upgrade? Is it just to support a new platform
(s390x)? I can shepherd it after mesoscon, since I'm focused on v1 APIs and
slave/agent rename until then.
Also, upgrading leveldb needs to be done very carefully since it underpins our
replicated log. If it hasn't already been done this patch should be tested for
compatibility and performance regressions. See MESOS-4312 for the kinds of
testing we need to do. I suggest to get this testing done before I look at the
patch.
