So for compatibility, the test cases are
* Master(build with leveldb 1.4) write the replicated log, then stop and use
Master(build with leveldb 1.18) to test recovery.
* Master(build with leveldb 1.18) write the replicated log, then stop and use

Let me test these by following your suggestion way.
