It would be useful to have a way to find the configuration flags and important
environmental variables (e.g., CXXFLAGS, LDFLAGS) that were used to build a set
of Mesos binaries. e.g., this can make it easier to diagnose whether a set of
binaries were built with compiler optimizations enabled.
