Doc updates and formatting changes in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/METRON-835 were applied to the wrong
kerberos manual instructions file. METRON-799 moved the original content to
metron-deployment/Kerberos-manual-setup.md and then changed the original file
to reflect Ambari-only setup for Kerberos. This Jira tracks undoing the file
change and re-applying them to the new manual doc.
