Metron RPMs are back to working. At this time, the stellar-common jar and
its dependencies are being built into the metron-common uber-jar, and the
metron-common RPM during Metron RPM generation. This keeps Metron RPMs working
until separate Stellar RPMs are generated in the future (Step 6).
