Review comment:
       OK, thanks.  I would probably use `{}` instead of the extra `()`:
   ```c++
   std::string file_content(std::istreambuf_iterator<char>{is}, 
std::istreambuf_iterator<char>{});
   ```
   but it's fine as it is, too.
