Not just processors were affected, also connections and process groups.
Using unique_ptrs instead of shared ones in many places, preventing circular
dependencies.
Also there is an integration test to ensure destructors will be called from
now on.
Some header rationalization also took place in the Processor base class,
affecting subclasses.
