A large number of components rely on various versions of Apache Commons Lang3
from version 3.9 to version 3.12.0. These individual version references should
be replaced with a managed dependency version of 3.12.0 for all components.
Several NAR modules also contain copies of Commons Lang3 that could be marked
as provided and inherited from parent NAR modules to avoid unnecessary binary
duplication.
