   Thanks for checking it. I've fixed the startup shell script so now the 
bootstrap process receives the SIGTERM signal.
   
   Regarding the logging: the output is configurable via the logback.xml, if 
you want to display both bootstrap and minifi process logs, you need to add the 
console appender to both and mount the file to the config dir. There was no 
change around this, it works the same with the legacy minifi.
