Verified `contrib-check` and all tests pass. Ran TLS toolkit and
encrypt-config toolkit and both successfully logged to console. Verified that
`NiFiPropertiesLoader` successfully logged to `nifi-app.log` when loading
encrypted properties. Verified application smoke tests.
