Previous work on upgrading to Bouncy Castle 1.71 included an evaluation of the
1.72 version. This specific version includes broken algorithms that also
increased the size of the libraries significantly. Bouncy Castle has indicated
that subsequent versions will remove these broken algorithms, so we do not want
to upgrade to 1.72, and instead need to wait until the next version is released.
