[~jfrazee] i think before closing it out we should add these discussion points
to https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NIFI/Variable+Registry
That is currently very sparse and needs a lot more detail. We will ultimately
need to consider having lifecycle tagged to a variable (as-is 'this changes
only at startup', 'this changes dynamically').
